A little background on XO Communications:

They are one of the many IP Backbone providers. They are one of the tubes that youtube goes through. They have an extensive network at an affordable price and have other IP services as well.

Which design and branding do you prefer the most?

Personally I think the top example looks more serious and professional ,trustworthy, and confident, The bottom example looks more open, friendly and vibrant.

XO is still in biz? Wow I used then way back in 1999, good company and had good reps. I think the bottom way looks way more professional and has a cleaner layout.

meow!, The new design is a 100 times better than the old one. The downside to the Web 2.0 design os that it's becoming an old style now. Also love the logo. Good job meow!

New design is waaaaaaaay better then previous one but can always use improvements (I'm a perfectionist)

It looks "web 2.0"? Meaning it looks about 5 years old already? Oh dear. But it's a HUGE improvement!
