Hello Guys,

I am looking to tweak some setting on my Realtek PCIe network card via registry but I cannot find the key for it in Windows 7.

Can you please help me if you know where to locate it.

:)

Thanks

http://technet.micro...2(v=ws.10).aspx ?

Should apply to 7 as well. Naturally it would be easier if you just said _what_ you want to tweak, exactly.

I wanted to tweak the Jumbo frame size to 9014. I remember doing this in Windows 7 registry in the Network something Key and setting it up like that and it worked without any problems last year .

At the device manager I can only go up to 7k Jumbo frames but via registry I can go to 9014.

The link you gave me is not the same method or key i used to tweak in registry last time.

Simply search for Jumbopacket in the registry editor?

It should give you a few hits, in the various control sets and possibly devices if you have multiple network cards.

You might of looked like it worked but did it do what it was told?

I have two Realtek NIC's (RTL8111B and RTL8111D(L) ) both with the same driver one lists Jumbo frame upto 9KB MTU the other only upto 4KB MTU. This would seem to suggest a chip limitation.
