Never claimed it did. However, the op suggested the screenshots would show a then-and-now of how people expected G-drive to be, and how it actually is. Not the case. The screen shots show nothing that does this.

The old G-Drive wasn't actually a storage thing. It just let you e-mail yourself files, and would tag them. Then any e-mail with that topic would show up there. Quite cool really, I remember when I had that. Hell I still have a "GDrive" label in my gmail labels.
