[WP7] Unlocking Nokia Lumia 710 possible?

I have a Nokia Lumia 710, which is locked to the Rogers network (at least I'm assuming it's locked -- never tried inserting another carrier's SIM). Is there any way to unlock it? I'm thinking about giving it away or something as I don't use it and don't know anybody who wants it.
