Hey guys any of you having an issue with your iphone 4 saying your sms inbox is full and to delete msgs before you can receive any incoming messages?

I've deleted every message on my phone, and still receive that annoying pop up... every time i restart my phone it seems to do the trick but it stops receiving them right after the bulk that comes in at one shot...

I got about 7 gigs of free space, so that can't be an issue

i dont know what the hell to do anymore ive tried restoring it still same problem... any ideas?
