Shortcut to lotus and exchange folders on front screen

Hi Guy's,

You're dealing with a wp user who is transferring to an iPhone so bear with me ;)

Is there a way to have a shortcut on my home screen pointing to my list of lotus and exchange email folders? And, can I get a notification that I have an email in that certain account? Now I get a notification that I got email but its not clear if it's important or not...

No (well not officially), you will just receive a notification that you have a new email.
