Aligning table cells to centre in Microsoft Word

Question

I want the cells to be aligned both vertically and horizontally centre. Sounds easy, but it seems Word doesn't wanna play ball:

It's for my CV, and I'm very particular about everything being perfect... so any help or ideas would be much appreciated!

Many thanks

Alex

I think you can achieve this by setting the line spacing for "Before" and "After" to the same value. This is found in the Home tab | Paragraph group. There is a dropdown menu for line and paragraph spacing, then you can click Line Spacing Options. Look for spacing Before and After.

That did the trick! Before was set to 0pt, and After was set to 10pt. Changed After to 0pt and it works! :D

Thanks a lot oceanseleven! :)
