[Server 2008 R2] WSUS Config question

Is it possible to have WSUS on R2 or SBS to provide updates for XP / Vista / 7 / 8 / 2008 / 2008 R2 (maybe not the servers but for the user workstations most likely. (1 server for multiple OSs)

On the current SBS for obvious reasons it can do the SBS (not sure 7) ... but can WSUS be configured to pull updates from MS and then push to respective machines?
