My brother in law has about 900 pictures on his iPad. My father would like to know how he can get those pictures on his iPad. I'm thinking if my dad hooks up my brother in laws iPad to my dads computer, it may not recognize the iPad since my dads computer is set for his account only

Both ends need an app like this: http://itunes.apple....d312165666?mt=8

So the photos can be transfered wirelessly...

Try using this app: http://www.i-funbox.com/

So long as iTunes is installed, and the devices are unlocked, it will accept any iPad regardless of iTunes association. Once they're connected look in the DCIM folder and copy over the photos.
