Is anyone else having issues getting into gmail?

I've tried:

gmail.com

gmail.google.com

And, I've checked:

downforeveryone.com/gmail.com

It says it's down as well. But, I always take that site with a grain of salt.

Hi Chris,

You started signing up for a Facebook account but didn't quite finish. There's just a little more to do before you can start connecting with friends and family.

Seems to be having issues, yeah. I saw it go through accounts.google.com and authenticate me, but mail.google.com timed out. I refreshed and this time it did load, but took 2+ minutes.

I am at the library, for some reason it seems the library itself is having issues through IE*, yet I started up Firefox** and was able to get on.

Don't know why they'd be having an issue like that. But Charisma is having a similiar issue as well.

* IE8

** Firefox 3.5.7

Works fine in IE 9 as well. What I did notice is this message:

... pushing your browser much, Google?

You mean exactly like Microsoft do when you sign-out of Hotmail using Chrome?

Generally so; however, it doesn't show today's disruption...
