For about 2 days, my cursor has been irregularly implying that something on my PC is loading, but nothing ever loads. I haven't installed anything different or new on my computer as far as I can remember. Did a full scan with malwarebytes and Avast and found nothing, checked msconfig for weird stuff, and checked through running processes. I didn't see anything out of the ordinary.

The PC itself seems just as fast and responsive as ever, so I'm not really sure what's going on.

Solution in case others have the same issue:
Found the cause by process of elimination. Wireless scanner process for my printer was causing it.
