After Microsoft's recently said that most people wouldn't use two-factor authentication, I'm curious. How many of the people here, most of which are not the average joe have a Gmail address and also have two-factor authentication turned on in their account?

When you have important email such as bills and etc, two-factored email a requirement.

Only good thing Outlook would be for is a junk account.
