You can find all the hashes from Microsoft itself:

http://msdn.microsof...ndex=0&FileId=0

Click the Details link for the relevant ISO.

So then that means the Leaked ISO isn't the same as the ones in MSDN huh?

More than likely not. A lot of the leaks were modified to activate with questionable key server.

Good, MS's fault for not letting you buy RTM off the bat... >_>

The only difference between the leaked ISO (wzor) and the MSDN RTM ISO is a 32-byte sequence in the header of install.wim (possibly a unique fingerprint to track the leaker). When those 32 bytes are nulled (0x00) the hashes for the two ISOs match.

So you want the general public to be able to buy the final version before the discs are even made, and before finalized drivers are ready from vendors?

Come on Colin. No one wants to remember the Vista launch ;)

Note: I actually liked Vista (and even ME for that matter), and most of the issue was drivers causing issues. I actually had very few issues because the desktop system I owned at the time was actually one of the models used for internal testing of the OS so it was VERY well supported the whole time luckily.
