kenyay
Hi Guys, I have a problem in which i need to set a quota on a Buffalo Terastation Pro NAS using Windows Server 2008 R2 inbuilt FRSM. It will only create quotas for drives that are local and will not discover shared mapped drives. Is there any way possible for this to work? I have used the "mklink" command to no avail. If anyone has a solution other than manually adding users to the Buffalo Web Panel it would be greatly appreciated. Many Thanks Kenny Pester
sc302 Veteran Posted August 20, 2012 Veteran Share Posted August 20, 2012 What specific terastation pro nas are you using. The terastation pros should have ldap/AD support. you will only be able to set quotas on local drives. If the terastation supports iscsi, that would be the way to go.
