Comcast modem question

The modem that Comcast swapped for us appears to be a modem/router combo, but when I attempt to access the router part of the modem I am prompted for a username/password but the comcast user name/password we have does not work for that part. The modem is a Arris TG862 and when I go to the config page (192.168.100.1) there is a tab for Xfinitiy which goes to 192.168.100.1:8080 which is where the username/password prompt comes from. Is this something I need to address with Comcast?

Try un and pw of "cusadmin" or un: cusadmin pw: highspeed

Un is too short, and Cusadmin pops with Authentication Failed, like it does with any other username/password combo

Password: highspeed

Or both as cusadmin

I tried both, and it still says Authentication Error

Try also un: admin pw: password
