1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans:
Main Purpose - Gaming and Basic use
Games - BF3 , CZ:GO, FIFA 13, NFS MW 2 (MAX OUT Graphic options)

2. Planning to overclock?
Ans:
NO

3. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans:
Win7 (Later Win8) 64 bit

4. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans:

Change the processor to i5 3570k. (You would want to do light overclocks at some point in the future)

Change motherboard to Z77 chipset based ASUS or Gigabyte models.

You didn't mention your budget.

You have some really wicked stuff in there and some really crap stuff too.
1 thing I wouldn't ever skimp on is the PSU. (or as you put it the UPS) - MAKE SURE its a reputible brand here. No point getting a uber PC is the PSU is crap and cant give you whats advertised.
2. As sanke1 said: get the 3570K and a Asus/Gigabyte z77 mobo.
3. Depending on your budget, you'd definately want a SSD for Windows and apps.

Cant really give you a more detailed answer thou until we see a budget :D
