Can I keep Photoshop CS4 and CS6 running side by side?

As the title says. I have a customer who wants the latest CS6 but apparently has some plugins, etc that only work on CS4. Can he keep them both?

Should be able to, I have some apps that I have multiple versions of on OSX.

Yes, I have CS4 & CS5 running side-by-side, I fail to see why CS6 would be any different.
