My windows 8 desktop pc is linked to my live account. I am unable to sign into my profile, office 2013 does not work and when i try logging into mail it says invalid password

When i use my other windows 7 desktop, i am able to go to http://live.com and successful log into my Live account

Both PC are connected to the same router, how come windows 8 is unable to log into and use my live profile yet my windows 7 works?

Maybe there is a problem with Live services atm, someone else can't sign into Office 2013 atm too
