Haha no - retina = double pixel count in screenshots :p

Damnit, you got my hopes up that there was some modern version of the big-bertha or something.
Eizo makes a pretty awesome ~4k x 2k display but my budget is closer to $3,000 than $30,000.

I could have sworn the biggest retina display was 2880 x 1800 hence the question.

Retina 15" MacBook Pros have an option to scale to larger resolutions like 1680x1050 and 1920x1200. In both of those instances, it still renders at double the "usable" resolution, hence a resolution of 3840x2400.
