Panda are a legitimate security software company. But I can't explain why you got that message.

Perhaps the website you used to get to that page incorporates their software somehow, just like Google blocks certain websites.

Check in Windows Add/Remove Programs for any Panda programs, such as Panda Safe Browser, or a program called Anti-phishing Domain Advisor, which uses a Panda antiphishing blacklist. If you find anything, uninstalling it should solve this.

the webpage in red above does not say or mean you have panda installed. it looks like an ad in the browser notice warning you about a webpage. you dont provide enough other detail for me to say anything further..

Having the URL could help tell if it's legit, also, not false positive. Definitely looks like Panda was installed, or something that uses Panda as an advertiser.

Definetly some advertisement for Panda Cloud Antivirus. Are you trying to install some freeware?
the URL seems legit Panda .

EDIT: Clicking on that "Malicious" link redirects you to an invalid page :p
