Right so I've been tasked with looking for some premade software (much like IPB is) for a video site.

I know I've explained it really badly so here is an example of a website where I would think they are using a similar software package what I am after:

Instead of those stupid videos we'll be embedding youtube videos for gaming such as LoL and WoW.

Any suggestions?

There are a lot of these, but the only ones I remember are Vimp, Clip Bucket, and PHPMotion. IIRC, Vimp was my favourite among those three.

Can anyone also tell which package this site is using?

I'm not an expert by any stretch ,but from looking at the source ,my guess is the dramasonline page is wordpress . I think the first one is a facebook page using this :

That site is using Wordpress with the WP Tube Platinum theme, which can be found here.
