Hybrid SATA RAID Controller Recommendations

Can anyone recommend a good addon card or mobo with onboard that provides SATA Raid1/10 with SSD caching? (Like is possible with the Z68 chipset etc)

I know ISRT technically support it, but it seemed hit or miss on implementation, at least on the Z68s. You've had good luck with that board? (That was one of the ones I was leaning towards)

I've not used the SSD caching technology by Intel so I don't know but to me if your going to use a SSD use it without it being caching drive and go with HDD as normally.
