google drive question

Hi,

I was just wondering if one is able to see if a sharer has viewed or downloaded a file i sent them from google drive? stats i suppose.

There is an "activity" tab on the left.

thanks, I couldnt see that as it was hidden under the more link. so should "last modified" also report if something has been viewed, or only if its edited?

the individual document shows when and who last viewed and or edited it.

in the document list click the doc, click arrow to far right and the data will show along with ownership. you can use google analytics on the google document to track.
