HI All,
Just installed Win 8 on an Envy 14 with switchable graphics. Problem is that Win8 is detecting an additional display and sometimes that gets set as the main display resulting in a blank screen. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Try updating your display drivers?

Make sure your preferred display adapter is set as primary in the BIOS ?

Right click desktop, select screen resolution and hit detect. Click on set this as my main display on the display you want as default, if that doesn't work then check for display drivers or through BIOS/UEFI that you don't have some dodgy setup goin!
