It was Japan's Ministry of International Trade and Industry that temporarily placed the console on an export restriction to anywhere because it's high-speed graphic processing supposedly could be used for missile guidance. It was later allowed for export to the US, Europe, and other allies but still restricted for some countries like Iraq. Did the US lobby for that? Probably but it's weird to word your comment like the US had total over that. -

I don't use Windows anymore but my biggest issue with Files was how slow and laggy it was. Has there been any progress in that area?

Some research report by "Javelin Strategy" cost $1500 to download and it's supposed to explain how QR codes and Passbook will become the largest mobile wallet overnight. I haven't heard of much use of Passbook other than with Starbucks. Think the $1500 is worth it for me to download?
