Is it working or not? I have the setting enabled, but it doesn't seem to auto-update my apps, I usually have to update manually.

Does it take a few days or something?

Good question! It seems to just indicate that there are updates for apps but you need to open the Store and manually update.

That's right. You can choose to have it notify you are updates or not, but it doesn't automatically run them. I like to check out what has changed, but agree it would be nice to have it just do it.

I wonder if the store apps update during the daily Automatic Maintenance in Windows 8. The default settings for the maintenance is 3 AM but I turn my computer off at night.
