hey,

should I glue Windows 7 sticker (legal, bought in local store) when I have upgraded to Win8 Pro?

He's asking if he should put the Win 7 licence on an upgraded Win 8 machine.

The Windows licence comes with the machine if it is already stuck on the case, in that case yes if you upgraded from that licence


If the Windows 7 sticker came with the machine / the disk that the previous OS you upgraded from, then I would imagine legally yes.

Selling it with the Windows 8 upgrade then you would also have to give them that too if you want to be 100% above board
