Facebook account and locked out

5 posts in this topic

My sister has had her facebook account and is deperate to have it closed down as she is a foster carer and someone is adding kids to her account and also causing no end of trouble for her with insults to her friends and family on there.
At first the person changed her password then added a new email address then finally deleted my sisters email from facebook.
We have tried every concievable way to get it cancelled changed or to get back into it all to no avail.
We have involved the police as she is a foster carer and its important that we do.
How on earth can we contact facebook to get this account closed down or even somehow get back into it.

Thanks

They've noted in their original post that someone has already stolen the account and that law enforcement is being engaged. They need to go to the help site and view the information for how to have law enforcement work with Facebook on this.
