Stream Meetings Online

I've been asked to look into getting our public meetings streamed online to enable those unable to make the meeting time to be able to view the meeting. We would like HD video, audio, meeting archival, and easy activation to start the video stream. Does anyone have any suggestions for this?

I have a suggestion. Try posting this in a somewhat relevant forum to what you are asking. This is not a hardware question, and does not belong in Hardware Hangout, so those who you would like to see this post are not seeing it.
