I do not have a Halo 4 Season Pass, nor did I buy the Special Edition, but the Crimson Map Pack is popping up for free..? Will I get in trouble for downloading it / banned? Apparently there is a reddit forum etc going on about it too.

edit: Halo Waypoint states, apparently its basically a trial for the maps..darn.
