Found this browsing soup.io. Pretty neat engineering!

I think all big cities have interchanges like that.

Here's one here in Milwaukee that was completed a few years ago:

That doesn't look like a spiral Though it probably handles much more traffic !

not really an intersection, more of an onramp they did the spiral because the grade would of been to steep in the distance they had, so a circle upwards made it a smaller grade

I would say it not an intersection at all, it's an Interchange!
