I just got a notification for the new OS update for my 8X though I haven't done it yet. Anymore else get it and do the update on their phone yet?

Just was given an 8x yesterday and did the update immediately. Not seeing any problems at all on the device so far. 😊

I got this phone yesterday and immediately after bringing it home I got this notification about the upgrade, got it and I haven't noticed any changes or problems, gotto love the OTA updates

Installed mine couple of weeks ago. My phone is unbranded / unlocked - in the UK.
