KKoo Posted December 14, 2012 Share Posted December 14, 2012 Not sure if it matters but I have Microsoft Office 2011 for Mac I'm looking for a way for the following to happen: Enter text in one area once. The text entered will appear in four other user specified locations within the body of my document. Everything will appear seamless as if it were just typed Basically, I could Copy and Paste to achieve the same goal, but I have to do this for many documents and want to make sure I don't miss a "paste" Thanks! But I'm afraid that is way over my head and I didn't understand any of it In my head it was all very simple. Maybe it's a limitation of Word? I'm fairly certain in certain forms, when you enter text in a field (say Name), it can auto-populate any subsequent corresponding fields with that text.
