I want to show a WMV directly in a doc. I want simply to show the video in a black box (YouTube like) and have the person just click and show the video directly in the document.
When I add a object and then the video file, it just shows its icon and the file name.

How can I do it more naturally?

You can do it using the insert -> object (active x) and selecting the approapriate active x control.
Do note that many people disable active x objects in word and they'll also need that active x control installed or it won't work.

No, you can't do that with active x, they'll need to download and manually install the active x.
