Does the MS Student Store work for you?

I'm having trouble getting to the Canadian MS Student Store here http://store.digitalriver.com/store/msshca/en_CA/ContentTheme/pbPage.SHHomePbPage

I get redirected back to the MS store website and shown a broken page.

However, when I use a web proxy the page shows up.

I'm trying to figure out what's causing the problem. I've tried multiple browsers with scripting on/off already, and different devices with different AV/OS, so it's probably something lower level (gonna try router next).

I just want to make sure though that everyone else can get to the site fine. Could you please go to the link above and post whether you see a broken page or not? And which country you're in would also be helpful.
