I purchased the THQ humble bundle recently and used all of my steam keys except "Saints Row The Third" key because I already owned the game. My question is if I generate that key and give it to someone, say on here after a competition, will it affect my activated bundle games on steam? I only ask because the page has this warning:

Steam will not provide extra giftable copies of games you already own.

All keys are for your personal use only.

Is gifting a personal use? Will it affect the other bundle games on my steam account? Like will they get banned or blocked it someone else activates the Saints Row key under their steam account.

If it is all fine, I will run a xmas comp for the saints row the third key

they won't block or ban you for giving away the key,
