karib
I want to change the windows8/interface language, in a computer with no internet access. I know about the 'language' option in controlpanel.(for anybody with classic shell installation) I also tried giving 'lpksetup' from command line. This gave me the option to load an offline file to change the language to the one I want. But the 'win8lng' file I had, was not recognized from windows8. So, how can I download the appropriate language file and load it and install it in windows 8, without having an obligatory internet access? I will make all the downloads in other computer which has internet. Please give me the instructions how to do it, where to download the right file and all the related stuff.
