Hi there everyone and Merry Christmas!! My Christmas isn't technically until January 6 (traditional day for Armenians and many other cultures) but I just recently got a question that I'd like to relay here. Back to topic, my uncle owns a medical supply store where he sells wheelchairs and such and he has to do deliveries all around. He asked if I knew of any programs that could take in some info similar to a database but would also have set reminders that within a few days prior notice, it would essentially show a To-Do list coming up. Is there anything as such that I could provide with templates because he isn't too computer savvy so it has to be user-friendly.

He runs Windows 7 SP1 x64. Thanks guys!

Outlook or any crm that has outlook integration. There are a few free crms but you can use act if you want a generic out of the box solution.

Act looks like a decent solution, gotta try it out in a VM. Zoho CRM also looks neat but it'll take some time for me to get the hang of it so I can then train him cuz there have been times where some person he's hired totally effs up the computer and its stressing on him seeing as how we are an hour drive apart.
