Not bad! Not just bulk up a bit, get rid of the flabby around the arms...
As for your friend, he looks like a gay-twoface ( no offense !).

Tourrette's Guy is a fake, but it's still at least somewhat entertaining! I never saw anything about a ****ed off Puerto Rican, though. Which one is that?

Haha yeah, I Spent the two weeks prior doing nothing but weights but I'm slowly losing my teenage puppy fat :p
