Trouble installing Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5 on Windows 8

This update came out Tuesday, but for some reason, wont install on my Windows 8 box. Anyone else have issues with this? Error Code 80073712

Update: I ran SFC /scannow from a cmd window, and it says Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. Not sure what to do about that.

open a command prompt with admin privileges

type these in order

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

try to install again.
