Problem with USB flash drive

So I have a 4gb SanDisk Cruzer which I have been using for Linux ISOs. Well today I used it for Chromium OS to check it out and I used a program WinDisk Imager, which I have never used before and never will again. Anyways, this is a 4gb drive, however, after reformatting it to get rid of Chromium OS and get it ready for Fedora 18 tomorrow, it is not listed as a 1gb. So is the flash drive scragged now or is there a way to fix it?

Use a low level format tool like HDD Guru

I dl'd it and when I go to run it, I get the following:

1/14/2013 4:27:31 PM Unable to lock device. Make sure you do not have open files on this device and try again.

Got it working now. Hopefully it actually fixes it. Thank you.
