Hello every Linux ninjas,

This is my first Linux thread although for not myself but one of my friend, who wanted to use Linux but want little taste, he tried Virtual Box but faced issues, so I suggest him Live Disc, there use to be Live disc previously, where you can use OS without intalling by just booting disc.
Is it possible currently?
He want Linux Mint ISO and want to burn it using USB.

So any help folks.

most distros ISOs are live cds/dvds.. just burn them or create a usb key with them and boot

Yep, I use that with Mint. In fact, I've been running Mint off a 4 GB USB drive on a PC that doesn't have a hard drive for months now.
