theyarecomingforyou Posted February 4, 2013 Share Posted February 4, 2013 Milk is fine on cereal, in tea or when used for baking but I don't drink it on its own. It's quite high in calories and fat (depending on the type) when you could simply drink tea, coffee or water. If I want a more substantial drink I go for fresh fruit juice.
