So my Dad and his friends are going on a pub tour. He wants to use a simple google map to plot where the pubs are. He wants them to be numbered 1-10. He only has the internet and Microsoft Word and VERY little computer knowledge. He then wants to share the map with his friends.

Does anyone know of a website where this is possible? I know you can upload custom icons to google maps but I think even that is beyond his ability. I'm also aware that Bing plots numbered markers but it doesn't show the names of the roads until you are zoomed in very closely, which makes the map too big to print screen. Something like http://pininthemap.com/ would be ideal if only the pins were numbered and weren't all the same icon.

Thanks in advance
