Auto update Facebook page from website

Hello everyone,

I remember that sometime ago i saw somewhere an option (website or a plugin, i dont remember) that when i make a new post in my website it is automatically being update in my Facebook page as well.

I cant remember the name of this thing and i wasnt able to find it anywhere :(
