I am looking for advice on programs that will do a few things:

I want to create some DVD's from videos clients give me (mainly webinars)

I want to create a menu, add a few chapters... and have a 5 second copywright screen appear when the DVD is first inserted before the menu.

Can anyone give me some suggestions?
