I don't think game prices will go up, some developers have said that there won't be increased costs.

LOL. Good one. Won't be increased costs for MAKING the games but you can damn well bet on that prices for games will go up.

It's to be expected considering the complete architecture change.

the early games on any new console are never a gigantic leap from the previous gen. it takes devs years to refine the graphics. look at the Uncharted series as just one example.

Yes I know but the leap from PS2 to PS3 was far bigger.

Activision wasn't as powerful and as domineering as it is now. My guess is $64.99 for games....possibly higher.

Activision don't dictate the minimum RRP, they did it with PS3 this generation but no one else followed suit.

yea, I really can't see games prices going higher. I mean they've been higher in the past so they seem to be at a sweet spot really.

So looks like specs are not final yet? This was a really weird "announcement" TBH.

I just hope I can still use my PS3 Pulse Elite Headphones with this new system :)

It'll work. Since it uses a USB dongle, it'll plug right into the PS4 and function. You can bet that Sony will have a NEW headset, though, to plug into the PS4's DS4 port at the bottom of the controller. I'm fine with my Pulse, though. I love 'em!

So the graphic card isnt much better than my GTX650Ti?
I thought it would be way more powerful
I've just started pc gaming, think ill upgrade my rig and stick with PC.
Exciting times though. I know that if i have money I will probably end up buying a ps4 because my friends will have them

Well at least it will be HD, now, most PS3 game are not even in HD, they use LOWER THAN HD resolution upscale to 720p and most of the time framerate sucks between 20 and 30
