I've grown quite accustomed to using for pdf reading, annotations and management. Unfortunately, I'm trying to move away from iOS devices especially since I just bought a Surface. Hoping for something that is equivalent to Goodreader. Is there something?

another vote for foxit reader

it's lightweight, secure, and still feature rich

I was thinking of something that has some organization / file management too but it's something I can also do manually using folders. I think I'm overthinking it. I already use Foxit

Thanks guys

I've been waiting for Newsify to go free for a while. It went free this weekend. Recommend you download it and try it whilst its free.

*Edit*

Your right. I ended up returning my Surface Pro. I kept using it more as a tablet and realized it's not ready yet for that. Back to iPad with Goodreader. I'll just wait for the inevitable v2
