Hi all,

I recently got a 400 bucks voucher to offset when purchasing a phone.
I don't really want to fork out additional cash to top up and will rather choose a phone that is close to 400 bucks or maybe top up a little?

EDIT: Just to add on, I am holding a Galaxy S2 currently.

GALAXY ACE 2 - 330
GALAXY S III mini - 530 [Top up130]
Optimus L7 - 300
Optimus L9 - 420 [Top up20]
HTC 8S - 390
Huawei Honor Non Cam - 390
Huawei Ascend P1 Non Cam - 430 [Top up30]
BB9360 - 475 [Top up75]
BB 9360 non-cam - 465 [Top up65]

So phone do you suggest I get?

I'd go with either the Galaxy S 3 mini or if you also have the option for it, the LG Nexus 4

Ace 2 I would recommend. I would love to say the HTC 8s because of windows phone 8 but its lack of memory is a nuisance. Huawei/before BB10 I wouldn't even look at.

I would suggest Galaxy Grand Duos (though it is out of box you made). It has everything what galaxy S4 has save the screen resolution. It has 480 x 800 (WVGA) while S4 model has 1080p.
I have bought it and found everything very nice.

I do not know how much it will deviate from your redeemable voucher?

My telco doesn't carry this model here unfortunately.
