I was looking around the Google Play Store last night. On a hunch I searched for Neowin and came across this developer:

Neowin is a news site, they are a game developer - their headquarters is in China and they have R&D in Korea...

I doubt you will have much luck besides a hefty legal bill

They are called NeowinGames Co Ltd, and as far as I can tell that's not the same as Neowin.net
